Natural refrigerants

To cool our cookies we use cooling machines that use a natural coolant. By choosing to use a natural refrigerant, we avoid any adverse impact on the ozone layer and on CO2 emissions.

44% Energy reduction

Compared to 2012, in 2024 we produce our cookies using 44% less energy.

Quality marks

We use various quality marks: RSPO palm oil, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance, chocolate, among other things, to help combat deforestation and to secure a fair income for farmers.

Heat pumps

70

With the exception of the oven rooms, our buildings covering 50,000 m² are conditioned in summer and winter using heat pumps. In addition to a pleasant working environment for our employees and optimal conditions for our cookies, this delivers an enormous saving in our gas consumption.

A total of more than 70 heat pumps have been installed.

Heat recovery

80%

As a pioneer in the sector, our ovens are equipped with a heat recovery system. More than 80% of the cookies are produced with the assistance of heat recovery.
