The factory of the future. In our bakery, we bake the most delicious cookies for the whole world. High volumes? No problem. Flexibility? Always. Each cookie is unique in recipe, format, weight or packaging. The tobots, AGVs and innovative technologies work together seamlessly. Smart and flexible, that's the power of Royal Merba.
Our Quality department guarantees the food safety and sustainability for all products. With strict quality standards and a keen eye for every step in the production process, we ensure that every cookie is safe, tasty and of high quality.
In R&D we manage over 80 current recipes in addition to developing new ‘blue sky’ recipes, often for the private labels of our customers. At Royal Merba, innovation and customer focus are at the centre. We work every day on new flavours and better production techniques to meet the high quality standards and consumer expectations.
Efficiency and quality, from storage to shipping, our logistics department ensures that our cookies find their way safely and on time to our customers worldwide. Robots and automated systems ensure a fast and accurate processing of orders. Wrapping and palletising are all fully automated. In this way, Royal Merba guarantees a fast flow and timely delivery of products. Our automation means that we can improve quality while maintaining flexibility and speed.
